Who We Are
Copper was born from a simple conversation between three friends at a food conference in 2019. Chef Anil, Chef Guru, and Sree shared a dream — to bring India’s extraordinary culinary diversity to Tampa, not as a stereotype, but as an art form.
In 2021, that dream became reality on Countryway Boulevard. Today, Copper is where heritage meets the present moment — 65+ dishes spanning every region of the subcontinent, each one crafted with precision, provenance, and intention.
“Great food is more than a meal — it is a memory, a journey, a conversation between heritage and the present moment.”
